How to delete your Smaplo account
You can delete your Smaplo account from the Android or iOS app:
1. Open the Smaplo app.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Open the Settings page from the bottom navigation bar.
4. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
5. Confirm that you want to delete your account.
6. Re-authenticate when prompted to finish the deletion process.
After deletion, your account is permanently deleted.
Most account data associated with your account is deleted. Some data may be retained where necessary, such as messages you sent or received, backups, logs, security records, or information we must keep for legal, safety or abuse-prevention reasons.
If you cannot access the app or want to request account/data deletion by email, contact us at smaplo@zohomail.eu with the subject “Delete my Smaplo account”. Please include the email address or phone number associated with your Smaplo account so we can verify and process your request.
